1. Orders & Payments

All orders are made-to-order and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pick-Up & Delivery

At this time, PopJoy Baking Co. serves customers locally. Delivery may be available within a limited area and will be arranged upon checkout or confirmation. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time. We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and are not guaranteed. Full payment is required to confirm custom orders.

4. Allergens & Food Safety

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and recipes—is the property of PopJoy Baking Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Liability

PopJoy Baking Co. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for handling baked goods appropriately after pickup or delivery.
